ABC Hiring LLC is seeking a driven Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will source, screen, and hire top candidates who fit our culture and business goals, acting as the face of our company to prospective talent.

The ideal candidate builds relationships, screens for cultural and role fit, and thrives in a fast-paced hiring environment. 1–3+ years of recruiting experience and familiarity with ATS and social sourcing are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse/Lever/Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, boards, networking, and social media.
• Screen resumes and portfolios to identify best-fit candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and track key metrics.
• Advise hiring teams on interview best practices and unbiased evaluation.
• Manage offer processes and onboarding handoffs.
