Job summary

The Recruiter in Birmingham, AL is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment, partnering with Operations to identify staffing needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

This role supports talent pipeline development and compliance with applicable laws and company policies while delivering a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders. Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a multi-state environment.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, exempt, non-exempt, and management roles.
• Knowledge of recruitment laws and onboarding processes.
• Experience using ATS platforms, with HIRE (Kwantek) familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations to identify current and future hiring needs.
• Post and manage job openings and monitor applicant flow.
• Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of applicants.
• Develop partnerships with local organizations to support talent pipelines.
• Own onboarding processes including background checks and orientation.
