Regal, the world’s second-largest cinema operator, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions, partnering with hiring leaders and managing searches from entry-level to senior managers. You’ll help shape how Regal attracts and hires talent.

Join a small but mighty global Talent Acquisition team, evolving from transactional recruiting to a strategic partner to the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10-20 open requisitions at a time across entry-level to senior manager roles
• Own recruiting across corporate functions such as finance, legal, HR, and D&T
• Strategically partner with hiring managers using data, market insights, and thoughtful consultation
• Deliver best-in-class recruiting experiences to candidates and hiring teams
• Help evolve Talent Acquisition into a more strategic function by introducing ideas and best practices
• Collaborate with and mentor fellow recruiters, sharing sourcing strategies and lessons learned
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements that boost recruiter effectiveness and outcomes
