• Knowledge of recruiting methods and laws governing employment.
• Ability to source and hire for diverse roles across departments.
• Proven experience building recruitment plans and calendars.

Responsibilities

• Create recruitment plans and calendars according to operation and sales projections.
• Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals.
• Ensure staffing needs are met with a long-term strategy in mind.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants.
• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to set clear expectations for interviews.
• Coordinate with HR to identify staffing needs and criteria for candidate selection.
• Source applicants through multiple channels (LinkedIn, networks, groups, universities).
• Create job descriptions and interview questions with HR Partners reflecting requirements.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of suitable candidates by reviewing resumes and portfolios.
• Maintain Employer Brand on social media outlets.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build pipelines.
• Use ATS reporting to measure time-to-fill, time-to-hire, sources, and quality of hire.
