Job summary

Trescal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to guide recruiting strategy in Irving, TX. You will partner with business leaders to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring programs align with company objectives and compliance.

This in-office role offers growth into recruiting, training and development, succession planning, and workforce development, with emphasis on candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and employee development.
• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws, FLSA classification, affirmative action programs, and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and reporting tools.
• Experience developing and delivering training and leadership development programs preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition activities and partner with business leaders to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement strategic workforce planning and recruitment strategies aligned with budget and company objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and selection across functions and levels.
• Provide market data and collaborate on compensation, requisition creation, and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure timely updates, interview preparation, and debriefing.
• Report on key recruitment metrics and drive improvements to KPI performance.
• Oversee employer branding and retention initiatives.
• Support organizational development projects and affirmative action reporting.
