Trescal is seeking a Talent Acquisition lead to partner with business leaders in Howell, MI to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent. This in-office role 5 days/week offers growth into broader Recruiting and Training responsibilities with succession planning and organizational development elements.

The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, managing the ATS, and delivering full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, while maintaining compliance and aligning with company

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 5-7 years HR experience with talent acquisition focus.
• Led full-cycle recruiting across functions/levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws, FLSA, EEO/AA compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and reporting tools.
• Experience delivering training/leadership programs preferred.
• Strong PM and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee pre- and post-employment processes including background checks and onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies and plan workforce alignment with budget.
• Create targeted recruitment techniques via multiple channels.
• Consult with leaders on job descriptions, compensation, and sourcing.
• Provide market data to design sourcing strategies.
• Recruit and interview candidates and close hires.
• Post job postings across media and partner networks.
• Lead employer branding and employee retention initiatives.
• Report recruitment metrics and drive KPI performance.
• Collaborate with executives on talent needs and workforce planning.
• Monitor labor market trends to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Manage Applicant Tracking System and recruiting accounts.
