Rise Internet is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Irving, TX to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions. You will partner with managers to define roles, develop sourcing strategies, and manage postings across platforms while engaging candidates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years' experience in high volume sourcing and recruitment
• Experience with multiple job boards and creative sourcing strategies
• Proven success recruiting across multiple functions
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP and/or UKG Recruitment Management preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong collaboration, self-motivation, and time management skills
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Strong organizational skills with changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Deliver all facets of recruiting success within scope
• Develop recruitment strategies and advise hiring managers
• Identify sourcing channels and manage high volume requisitions
• Create, update, and remove postings across platforms
• Source candidates and engage proactively
• Oversee onsite engagement and coordination at Customer Experience Center
• Partner with managers to define job requirements and responsibilities
• Collaborate on TA programs and initiatives aligned with goals
• Support hiring/training for management and LOBs
• Liaise on diversity, accessibility, gender equity, and safety
• Collaborate on cross-functional special projects
• Maintain accurate administrative records
