Job summary

Trescal Inc seeks a senior Talent Acquisition Leader to drive all recruitment initiatives in Texas. You will partner with business leaders to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring programs align with objectives and compliance.

This in-office role supports succession and workforce planning opportunities across the organization. Candidates with experience in succession planning, development, and learning may expand scope into Recruiting, Training and Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition and development.
• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle recruiting across functions and levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws, FLSA, affirmative action, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and reporting tools.
• Experience delivering training and leadership programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition activities in partnership with business leaders.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop workforce plans aligned with budget and business goals.
• Create sourcing strategies using multiple channels and talent pipelines.
• Consult with leaders on job descriptions, compensation, and sourcing.
• Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive improvement.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
