Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience with strong talent acquisition focus.
• Proven experience leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws, FLSA classification, and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pre- and post-employment processes including background checks and onboarding.
• Strategically plan workforce needs and align with budget and procedures.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies via direct sourcing, networks, and job fairs.
• Consult with leaders on job descriptions, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
• Provide market data to design sourcing strategies and improve recruiting.
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System and recruiting accounts.
