Trescal Inc. is seeking an in-office Talent Acquisition leader to drive recruiting across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring programs align with company objectives and compliance requirements.

The role may expand into broader HR areas with succession planning and development initiatives. The position is in-office (5 days/week) with opportunities to broaden scope into Recruiting, Training and Development based on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and employee development.
• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws, FLSA classification, affirmative action programs, and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and reporting tools; training and leadership development experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead talent acquisition activities and partner with leaders to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent.
• Manage pre-employment and post-employment processes including background checks, onboarding coordination, and offers.
• Develop sourcing strategies and strategic employer branding aligned with budget and business goals.
• Provide market data to design sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and drive interview processes to close hires.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
