Venerable seeks a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to design and execute sourcing, recruiting, and selection strategies across a broad range of roles, with emphasis on the Intern & Co-Op Program. You will partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to build robust pipelines and equitable processes, guiding interviews and onboarding activities.

You will lead program development, collaborate across teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to immigration sponsorship restrictions

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of relevant recruiting experience, including candidate sourcing and interviewing.
• Experience supporting intern and/or co‑op programs preferred.
• Experience in insurance and/or financial services industry preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws & immigration requirements preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for interns to experienced professionals.
• Consult with hiring managers and HRBPs to define selection criteria and sourcing strategies.
• Lead the Intern & Co-Op Program, manage processes, and build college partnerships.
• Lead weekly Day 1 New Hire Orientation and oversee related procedures.
• Identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, networks, and proactive sourcing.
• Promote structured, equitable recruiting practices and inclusive sourcing methods.
• Conduct structured interviews and coach hiring managers on assessment and decisions.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Represent Venerable and its culture throughout the recruiting process.
