Job summary

Southern-States-LLC is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager who partners with the VP of HR and business leaders to anticipate talent needs, develop proactive recruiting strategies, and build sustainable candidate pools for current, recurring, and future roles.

This role leads all aspects of the recruiting process, provides consultative guidance on requirements and compensation, and aligns talent acquisition with workforce planning, internal mobility, and employer branding to support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition and HR experience, with leadership in full-cycle recruiting.
Strong workforce planning, compensation, and internal mobility knowledge.
Consultative partner to business leaders with data-driven recruiting strategies.
Experience with ATS/HRIS, recruiting tech, and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with goals and future needs.
Partner with HR and leaders to translate business needs into proactive recruiting plans.
Lead full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviews, and offers.
Provide guidance on position requirements, compensation, and selection practices.
Build candidate pools and pipelines for critical and future roles.
Strengthen employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
