Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment for various roles.
• Build Strong Relationships with hiring managers.
• Consult on Best Practices regarding recruitment.
• Develop Targeted Job Descriptions with hiring managers.
• Create Screening & Interview Tools for effective recruitment.
• Conduct Interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage Applicant Tracking for a seamless recruitment process.
• Lead Recruitment Projects supporting overall talent management.
