Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant recruiting experience is ideal.
• Experience with ATS, CMS, and recruiting software is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage open requisitions.
• Builds a network of candidates and industry contacts through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Mentors and coaches junior team members to strengthen talent acquisition capabilities.
• Prepares offer letters ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines.
• Manages ATS updates, phone screen notes, and feedback documentation.
• Coordinates with managers on job fairs, career days, and intern recruitment.
• Maintains positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Provides guidance on staffing policies and employment laws; trains managers on Top Grading and behavioral interviewing.
