Techtrueup is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition partner to source, screen and interview candidates across multiple roles and geographies. You will coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage reference checks, and develop strong talent pools to support rapid hiring.

Qualifications

• Effectively handles a variety of position types, business groups, and geographies.
• Proficient in interview, sourcing, and advisory skills.
• Understands the marketplace and uses knowledge to build strategies.
• Adept at engaging high-skilled or hard-to-attract talent.
• Coordinates interviews with Hiring Managers and defined panels.
• Leads offers, onboarding, and start-date coordination with candidates.

• Proficient in interview skills, sourcing skills, and advisory skills
• Understands marketplace thoroughly and uses knowledge to build successful strategies
• Adept at engaging specialized, high-skilled or difficult-to-attract talent hiring
• Establishes operational objectives and provides mentoring and training to less experienced team members, client groups, accounts and/or geography relationships to drive results directly with hiring leaders
