TruStage is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant II to drive executive-level recruiting for Director and above within our Technology organization. You will shape sourcing strategies, mentor teams, and manage vendor communications to deliver high-impact hires.

You will partner with technology leaders to build pipelines for software engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, AI, and architecture, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7–10 years of specialized talent acquisition experience.
• Deep experience recruiting for technology and digital roles.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring highly skilled technical talent in competitive labor markets.
• Experience partnering with technology executives and hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to motivate and influence others.
• Travel as necessary to conduct interviews.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and analytics.

• Collaborate with the business to identify job requirements and develop an effective position profile, candidate specs, and sourcing strategy.
• Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners.
• Manages the recruitment process, including the development and execution of attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection, and acquisition strategies.
• Acts as primary contact for candidates throughout the talent acquisition life cycle; promote TruStage's inclusive culture and benefits.
• Champion the recruitment process and advise hiring managers on employment law and company policies.
• Prepare recruitment status reports and metrics; analyze for improvements.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Conduct regular meetings with HRBPs and leaders to forecast and align on strategy.
• Lead special projects and initiatives; share best practices in recruiting and sourcing.
• Provide consultation on trends, legal developments, and technology advancements in recruiting.
