Job summary

TruStage in the United States is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant II to lead executive and tech recruiting across software engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, architecture, and AI. You will partner with technology leaders to attract top talent in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and business impact matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7-10 years of specialized expertise in talent acquisition.
• Deep experience recruiting for technology and digital roles.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring highly skilled technical talent.
• Experience partnering with technology executives and hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Travel as necessary to conduct interviews and events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business to identify job requirements and source strategy.
• Develop relationships with leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners.
• Manage the recruitment process across attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection, and acquisition strategies.
• Act as primary contact for candidates and champion TruStage's inclusive culture.
• Advise hiring managers to ensure policy adherence and compliance.
• Prepare recruitment status reports and metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Conduct regular meetings with HRBPs and leaders to forecast and align strategy.
• Work with Talent Management on succession planning and core competencies alignment.
• Lead special projects and evaluate best practices in recruiting and sourcing.
• Provide consultation on trends, practices, and legal developments.
