• Background recruiting tech talent in-house, RPO, or embedded models.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and develop your team, setting targets and using data to track performance.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior hires across technical disciplines.
• Oversee delivery quality and ensure core team success for client projects.
