Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience recruiting for technology and digital roles.
Proven ability to partner with technology executives and leaders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to define job requirements, candidate specs and sourcing strategies for openings.
Develop relationships with leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners to build pipelines.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection and offer management.
