Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to anticipate talent needs and translate them into proactive recruiting strategies.
• Lead full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, resume review, interviews, assessments, and offers; collaborate on salary negotiations.
• Develop candidate pools and pipelines for critical and future workforce needs through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Facilitate candidate selection discussions to ensure objective, criteria-based decisions.
• Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience across the recruiting process.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
