Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years recruiting in skilled trades, or 10+ years preferred.
• Experience partnering with operations to create workforce plans.
• Strong candidate experience focus and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a designated territory from sourcing to hire.
• Lead workforce planning meetings with hiring managers to define staffing needs.
• Coach department managers through the hiring process and decisions.
• Maintain jobs, workflows, candidates, offers, and ATS reporting.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, events, social media, and referrals.
• Collaborate on recruiting program improvements and metrics analysis.
• Develop/update job descriptions and build relationships with local sources.
