Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to design and implement strategic recruiting across the company. You will partner with senior leadership to determine hiring needs, oversee daily recruiting operations, and optimize onboarding.

The role requires collaboration with multiple departments, development of sourcing strategies, and leadership of the TA team. This position is based in the U.S. and may involve travel to recruiting events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; 3–5 years of experience
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers to identify future staffing needs
• Update or design new recruiting procedures
• Develop and maintain contacts with employment agencies and other sources of applicants
• Manage and maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, promotions and KPI’s
• Recruit and interview candidates for executive level positions and develop a network of passive candidates
• Ensure positive candidate experience and adhere to recruitment systems and policies
