Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the design and execution of the company's recruiting strategy. You will partner with senior leadership to determine hiring needs, source strategies, and oversee daily recruiting operations and onboarding.

The role requires building executive search processes, managing data and KPIs, and mentoring the recruiting team. Travel to recruiting events as needed and deliver high-quality, timely hires across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience leading a recruiting team and partnering with Senior Leadership.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, policies, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
• Update and design recruiting procedures.
• Develop contacts with employment agencies and other sources.
• Manage data on recruitment activities and KPI’s.
• Recruit and interview candidates for executive level roles.
• Ensure positive candidate experience.
• Provide weekly status updates and reports.
