Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• “Ten or more years of progressive Talent Acquisition and HR experience, including full-cycle recruiting.”
• Experience with ATS/HRIS, recruiting tech, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to anticipate talent needs and translate business needs into recruiting strategies.
• Lead full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, resume review, interviews, assessment, and offers.
• Lead intake meetings to understand needs and hiring criteria.
• Develop candidate pools and pipelines for critical and future workforce needs.
• Facilitate candidate selection discussions with hiring teams.
• Connect recruiting strategies with workforce planning and internal mobility.
• Use data to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and provide recommendations.
