The position emphasizes collaboration with HR and business leaders, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition and HR experience.
• Broad HR knowledge: workforce planning, compensation, mobility, and development.
• Ability to serve as a consultative partner to leaders and translate needs into recruiting plans.
• Experience with intake meetings, structured interviews, and debrief discussions.
• Proven proactive sourcing, candidate pools, and pipelines for critical roles.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS, recruiting tech, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with goals and workforce needs.
• Partner with HR and leaders to understand priorities and translate them into recruiting strategies.
• Act as a consultative partner on requirements, compensation, and labor-market conditions.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting incl. sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers with salary negotiations guidance.
• Lead intake meetings to define success profiles and hiring criteria.
• Maintain candidate pools and pipelines for current and future needs via proactive sourcing.
• Facilitate selection discussions and ensure objective hiring decisions.
• Coordinate with Total Rewards, Talent Development, and business leaders on workforce planning.
• Utilize data to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and report trends to leadership.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events; enhance employer brand.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and policies for efficiency and effectiveness.
