Job summary

Cox Fleet in the United States is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Corporate Recruiter to support rapid growth across multiple locations.

You will find, interview, and hire exceptional talent, focusing on quality over quantity, and build a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment tools. The role offers a base salary in the range of $89,400 to $134,000 per year, with potential for additional compensation through incentive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field; alternative combinations may apply.
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying passive candidates.
• Focus on results and ability to drive the recruiting process for hiring teams.
• Executive recruiting experience and/or staffing agency background is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find, interview, and hire exceptional talent for the organization with focus on quality vs quantity.
• Treat each placement as if you are hiring for your own company.
• Design, develop, and execute recruitment strategies based on business and location needs.
• Source and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment tools to develop a strong pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with candidates to grow and manage a high-quality pipeline.
• Set clear expectations with hiring managers and candidates, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local laws including background checks and drug screening.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify efficiency and productivity improvements in recruitment.
