You will build a robust candidate network, leverage market insights, and collaborate with hiring managers to deliver the best-fit talent. This temporary 12-month project emphasizes results, service quality, and strategic staffing partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exceed performance goals and adapt to feedback.
• Strong pipeline management and clear communication of status.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate screening to interview feedback.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent and advise clients on selections and offers.
• Maintain client relations and meet weekly/monthly submit-to-hire goals.
• Update and maintain ATS data and related admin reports.
