• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continual improvement.
• Experience with RPO and client relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, screening, interviewing and gathering client feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and address client objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit-to-hire goals and maintain ATS reports.
