Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, fast-paced team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocate for candidates, using cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence to meet staffing needs.

In this 12-month temporary project, you will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates, while building relationships and driving submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage all recruiting stages in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong network building and candidate consultative approach.
• Experience with market research, sourcing, and closing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to interview.
• Build and maintain a candidate network through research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong candidates and overcome objections in hiring.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and process.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update reports and ATS data and handle related administration.
