Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative and dynamic team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, delivering top talent through proactive strategies and market intelligence.

This temporary 12-month contract role emphasizes relationship building, sourcing excellence, and hiring process optimization. You will manage candidate screening, interviews, and feedback, while maintaining strong pipelines and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting including market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to exceed performance expectations and goals, and implement feedback to improve outcomes.
• Maintain the recruiting pipeline and clearly communicate it to others.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Execute recruitment strategies including clear articulation of RPO and client relationships.
• Excellent time prioritization and adaptability when priorities shift.
• Active participation on recruiting teams with openness to collaboration and value addition.
• Proficient with MS Office and social media presence; experience with an applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process: identify and assess candidates, conduct initial phone screens, facilitate interviews and collect feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong candidates for open roles and address objections in hiring.
• Advise hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update reports and ATS data along with related administrative duties.
