You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates for open roles, while cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure ongoing satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to final feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent and guide clients through hiring decisions, compensation, and processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire targets and maintain ATS reports.
