Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team in the United States. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, delivering market intelligence and cutting-edge strategies to meet hiring needs.

This role requires an independent work ethic and a passion for providing excellent client satisfaction. You will manage the full recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates.

Formación

• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
• Strong client focus with commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience with market research and passive/active sourcing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the full selection process from screening to interview to hire.
• Build a network of candidates via market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present candidates to clients and address objections in hiring.
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates; manage reports.
• Meet weekly/monthly submit and hire goals; handle ATS data.
