Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a Senior Surgical Account Manager in the Sacramento, CA area to drive surgeon demand for the Surgical COT portfolio, including Stapling, Energy, and A&I products. You will create and execute strategic sales plans, analyze practice trends, and build strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand market presence.

The role requires frequent travel to customer sites, a valid driver's license, and residency in the territory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices or life sciences (or equivalent)
• Based in the greater Sacramento, CA area
• Strong track record in OR sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio (Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, A&I)
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans; identify practice trends
• Cultivate key customer relationships to grow market share and conversions
• Lead quarterly Customer Business Reviews and collaborate with clinicians and administrators
• Travel as required within the territory and support regional/national initiatives
