Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Remote Surgical Account Manager to drive surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio, including Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and A&I. You will develop strategic plans, identify trends, and build relationships with clinicians and admins to expand opportunities.

Based in the East Bay area, you will travel to accounts within your territory and collaborate with MDT teams to achieve quarterly goals and improve market share.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years or, Associate’s Degree and 4+ years or, Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must be based in East Bay area.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and identify practice trends.
• Cultivate relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to drive opportunities.
• Lead quarterly Customer Business Reviews and drive market growth.
