Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is looking for an experienced sales professional to lead their surgical robotics offerings. You will drive system launches and establish therapies as go-to treatment options in the OR, meeting ambitious quarterly sales quotas. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in medical device sales.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and provide significant support to optimize patient access to these innovative treatments. The expected pay range for this position is $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in OR-based medical devices sales.
• Strong business acumen with complex hospital selling environment experience.
• Proven success in driving procedural adoption and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead system launches and establish Procept's therapies as preferred treatments.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Develop territory and account plans with accurate forecasting.
