Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Territory Manager to drive commercial success and clinical adoption of our robotic therapies across assigned territories. You will lead strategic account plans, support training and onboarding, and cultivate relationships with surgeons and hospital leadership to maximize procedural adoption and patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of OR-based medical devices sales experience.
• Proven success driving procedural adoption, account growth and quota attainment.
• Strong business acumen for complex hospital selling environments and practice integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead system launches and drive procedural adoption to achieve quota.
• Develop strategic accounts and provide forecast-driven pipeline management.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Capital and Launch teams for cross-functional execution.
