Arrow Electronics seeks a highly experienced Supplier Manager focused on Security and strategic supplier management to lead executive relationships and drive growth across supplier initiatives. The role spans business planning, QBRs, and cross-functional collaboration to align Arrow teams with partner programs and sales opportunities.

You will shape supplier-funded marketing, rebates, and demand generation programs while tracking performance and driving operational efficiencies.

Formación

• Strong experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level business relationships.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regular executive engagement activities.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities, competitive positioning, and pipeline development.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Track program effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
