Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Supplier Manager - Security to develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders. You will lead annual business planning, QBRs, and strategic initiatives to align supplier resources with Arrow’s growth objectives.

This fully remote role requires driving supplier-funded programs, incentives, and demand generation while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to remove barriers and accelerate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience building executive-level supplier relationships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity market and security vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with supplier stakeholders.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive engagement activities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to resolve complex business issues and remove barriers to growth.
• Track program effectiveness and optimize performance.
