The role requires strong supplier management experience, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, with remote flexibility and potential travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level business relationships.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive engagement activities.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Track program effectiveness and optimize performance and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and IT to remove growth barriers and drive efficiencies.
