Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction across our storage solutions. You will collaborate with implementation, product, and engineering teams to translate client needs into actionable plans, lead onboarding, and manage ongoing strategic engagements.

You will travel as required to client sites and company locations, communicating value realization, guiding executive stakeholders, and ensuring client health while expanding

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within storage or SaaS.
• Experience with SaaS and storage industry solutions, with a deep understanding of operational reporting and improvements.
• Project management experience, with ability to lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives.
• Ability to travel as required to Client sites and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Secure executive visibility into business results and strategic initiatives.
• Identify usage patterns to improve product adoption and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into actionable requirements.
• Share strategic insights across Client Success and broader Storable teams.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and progress.
• Facilitate and participate in client business review meetings to ensure alignment and success.
• Communicate overall client health and elevate at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to peers and stakeholders.
