Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to align client goals with Storable’s storage SaaS solutions, driving adoption, renewals, and high satisfaction across key accounts.

You will onboard clients, configure accounts with Implementation, and manage relationships to ensure value realization and ongoing client success. Expect travel to client sites as needed and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience leading onboarding plans and discovery workshops.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals and satisfaction.
• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with accuracy with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients to align with business goals and customize accounts.
• Use CRM tools to track interactions and progress and communicate client health.
