Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive adoption and renewals across key clients. You will collaborate with Implementation to onboard customers, configure accounts accurately, and strategize ongoing account plans aligned to client business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience with SaaS and storage industry solutions, with a deep understanding of operational reporting and improvements.
• Project management experience, with the ability to lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives.
• Ability to travel as required to Client sites and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization.
• Secure executive visibility into Storable's business results and initiatives.
• Identify patterns in Client usage to improve product adoption and organizational effectiveness.
• Translate Client feedback into actionable product requirements with product and engineering teams.
• Share strategic insights and best practices across the Client Success organization.
