Job summary

Storable, a distributed SaaS company serving the self-storage industry, seeks a Senior Client Success Manager to drive product adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction across strategic accounts. You will lead onboarding, account setup with Implementation, and ongoing strategic reviews to deliver measurable value.

You will translate complex client challenges into actionable strategies, work with senior managers, and partner with product and engineering to reflect client feedback in roadmap

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success or related roles in SaaS/storage industries.
• Experience with SaaS and storage industry solutions, with understanding of reporting and improvements.
• Project management experience, able to lead workshops and large initiatives.
• Willingness to travel to Client sites and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients to ensure alignment with their business goals.
• Secure executive visibility into Storable's business results and strategic initiatives.
• Identify patterns in Client usage to improve product adoption and effectiveness.
• Translate Client feedback into actionable product requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Share strategic insights across the Client Success organization.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track Client interactions and progress.
• Facilitate and participate in Client business review meetings.
• Communicate overall Client health and elevate at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Provide timely feedback to peers and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients for smooth communication and execution.
