Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an Account Executive to identify prospective clients and develop relationships for its temporary staffing services. You’ll travel to client sites, deliver presentations, and collaborate with recruiting to fill open positions.

This relationship-focused role emphasizes problem solving, initiative, and discretion in representing Beacon Hill. You’ll be rewarded with a base salary plus uncapped commission and mentoring across the nationwide Beacon Hill network.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals, etc.
• Conduct client meetings, visit work sites, and deliver sales presentations.
• Manage the job order process with internal staffing consultants.
• Nurture client relationships as the first point of contact during job orders.
• Collaborate with recruiting team to source best candidates for open positions.
