Beacon Hill is seeking an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses that can use our temporary staffing services. You will conduct prospecting calls, visit client sites, and deliver presentations while collaborating with recruiting teams to place top talent.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, problem solving, and independent judgment to represent Beacon Hill and secure profitable client partnerships. Travel and client entertainment are involved.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, calls, and referrals.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
• Attend client meetings at sites to present services and understand client needs.
• Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs and manage job orders.
• Maintain and grow client relationships as the primary point of contact.
