Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a remote AiBLE Strategic Sales Representative within the Cranial & Spinal Technologies unit. This field-based role requires you to reside in the territory and travel to multiple accounts across the region, with a valid driver’s license essential.

You will collaborate with surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive AiBLE adoption, support technology integration, ROI justification, and long-term account development across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements with 8+ years in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences, or equivalent combinations.
• Associates degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or life sciences experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic’s AiBLE products within an assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Drive strategic adoption and utilization of Spine Enabling Technologies across health systems and accounts.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute regional growth strategies and technology plans.
• Support launch, integration, and optimization of navigation, robotics, imaging, and digital platforms.
