Job summary

Medtronic seeks an AiBLE Strategic Sales Representative to drive adoption of AiBLE spinal and cranial technologies across the territory. This field-based role requires travel to multiple accounts and collaboration with surgeons, hospital leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Associates Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's AiBLE products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Drive strategic adoption of Spine Enabling Technologies platforms, implants and biologics.
• Partner with leadership to execute regional growth strategies.
• Coordinate and support surgeon education programs, technology demonstrations, and customer training events.
• Travel extensively within assigned geography to support customer and business needs.
