Job summary

The position is remote with field-based duties and requires travel to multiple accounts within the region, supported by a strong clinical and commercial skill set. A valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales/clinical or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Associates Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in medical device/healthcare, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in medical device/healthcare, etc.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic AiBLE products within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Drive strategic adoption of Spine Enabling Technologies platforms, implants and biologics across health systems.
• Partner with Regional Sales Directors, District Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies.
• Support launch, integration, and optimization of enabling technologies including navigation, robotics, imaging, digital platforms.
• Develop and execute account-specific strategic technology plans aligned to business objectives.
• Travel extensively within the assigned geography to support customer and business needs.
