Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an AiBLE Strategic Sales Representative to support the Cranial & Spinal Technologies portfolio across a national territory. This field-based role requires the candidate to reside within the territory and travel to multiple hospitals and accounts within the region.

The role focuses on promoting AiBLE platforms, partnering with surgeons and hospital stakeholders, and driving adoption of robotic-assisted surgery, navigation, and advanced imaging technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience; or an associates degree with 6+ years; or a bachelor's degree with 4+ years in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Nice-to-have items include spine/neurosurgery/robotic-assisted procedures experience and strong OR understanding; OR experience with healthcare economics is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work in hospital/operating room environments.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells AiBLE products within an assigned geography to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Drive strategic adoption of Spine Enabling Technologies across health systems and accounts.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to execute regional growth strategies; support launches and integration of technologies.
• Coordinate surgeon education programs, demonstrations, and training events; support ROI justification and value-based selling.
