Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based AiBLE Strategic Sales Representative to drive adoption of spinal and cranial technologies across the region. You will collaborate with surgeons, hospital leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement advanced platforms, robotic guidance, and imaging solutions.

The role requires strong clinical and sales experience in medical devices, with extensive travel and a focus on long-term account development and value-based selling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Associates degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience in medical devices, Medtech or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of relevant sales or clinical experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells AiBLE products and services in assigned geographic area to meet targets.
• Drive adoption of Spine Enabling Technologies and related implants across health systems.
• Partner with regional leaders to execute regional growth strategies.
• Support launch, integration, and optimization of navigation, robotics, imaging, digital platforms.
• Develop account-specific strategic technology plans aligned to objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on enabling tech, workflows, implants, and biologics.
• Build relationships with spine surgeons, OR leadership, procurement, and executives.
• Assist with ROI justification and value-based selling initiatives.
• Coordinate surgeon education, cadaver labs, and training events.
• Identify workflow improvements to enhance patient outcomes and customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams for implementation and support.
• Analyze regional metrics and adoption data to drive decisions.
• Provide field intelligence to leadership and product teams.
• Travel extensively within assigned territory to support customers.
